She did that because the nazis were about to take over. I also like the part when it said that her diary became a book. I can connect to Anne because someone has knocken on my door before too. But I didn't think they were the nazis soldiers trying to invade. I can connect to Anne because sometimes I run to my dad for comfort too. But I don't need comfort because I think nazis are going to take over. I can connect to Otto Frank because I am a boy too. 2 stars

And even sometimes she would just walk by and the slaves would hear about her and they would just follow her. My connection of Harriet Tubman is that I believe that slavery was horrible too. But I thought it was horrible when the Nazis came and took her whole family. They didn't do anything wrong. They couldn't help being Jewish! My connection to this book is that Anne Frank likes to write and that I like to write. Maybe I will publish my diary someday. For my rating of this book I gave it 5 stars for her courageous actions.

One of my favorite parts in this story is when Rosa Parks didn't get off the bus when the bus driver told her to. It was really sad how he arrested her. I don't even think he wanted to arrest her. I also like the part when millions of black and white people came together for Martin's funeral. I love the description "Two Georgia mules pulled it though the streets of Atlanta. Behind it almost 100,000 people walked rich and poor, famous and unknown, black and white. It was Martin Luther King's last march." I can connect to Martin because I have had a high goal too. But not one that might lead me to death. I can connect to Rosa Parks because I have got in trouble too. But I have not gotten arrested. I can connect to Martin because I have lead a big group too.
