217 pages One of my favorite parts is when Manny takes a shower in the mens locker room. It was so funny how Manny went to take a shower ,and I bet Manny looked small to the other guys showering. I also liked the part when Greg pretended he was the muddy hand. It was so funny how Rowley smacked Greg's hand with a mallet because he was scared of the hand. The author wrote the part about Greg riding the Cranium Shaker so well that I felt like I was in the story! I can connect to Greg because I have a dog to. But mine doesn't live with my grandparents. I was kind of freaked out when I read the part about his dog doing stuff, because his dog did so much that my dog does. I can also connect to Greg
because I have a big brother to. But I don't have a little brother. 4 stars

The Strange Case of Origami Yoda by Tom Angleberger, 141 pages
I love that at the end of this story their are instructions for making your own origami Yoda! But that's not why I enjoyed thisbook. This was a fun look at a bunch of goofy 6 graders and their life at school. I liked the way each chapter was written in a different characters voice. My favorite part of the story was when Harvey, the kid that refused to believe in Origami Yoda, made his own Yoda -- and what happened when the two Yoda's dueled to see which was better. Great end to the story!
This book reminded me of the dances that I went to in middle school. Boys on one side of the room, girls on the other, and very rarely did anyone do any dancing!

I can connect to Peter because I have a dog too. I can connect to Peter and Fudge because I have been to the movies too. But I didn't get lost like Fudge did. I can connect to Peter because I have gotten presents that I don't really want. But like Peter I still say "thank you". 5 stars

One of my favorite parts is when Rufus asks his mom and if he can have a dog. I think it is funny how his mom gave him a guinea pig. I also like the part when Rufus's pet guinea pig, Fido, gets in Rufus's backpack and ends up going to school with him. It is funny how Fido chases Rufus around the play ground. I like this book because it is extremely funny. I can connect to Rufus because I have gotten something I had ended up liking too. But that was not a guinea pig who acted like a dog. I can connect to Murph because I have a lot of friends too. I can connect to Rufus because I have seen something with a mohawk too. But that thing was not a guinea pig.

One of my favorite parts is when Manny takes a shower in the mens locker room. It was so funny how Manny went to take a shower ,and I bet Manny looked small to the other guys showering. I also liked the part when Greg pretended he was the muddy hand. It was so funny how Rowley smacked Greg's hand with a mallet because he was scared of the hand. The author wrote the part about Greg riding the Cranium Shaker so well that I felt like I was in the story! I can connect to Greg because I have a dog to. But mine doesn't live with my grandparents. I was kind of freaked out when I read the part about his dog doing stuff, because his dog did so much that my dog does. I can also connect to Greg
because I have a big brother to. But I don't have a little brother.

- I love that at the end of this story their are instructions for making your own origami Yoda! But that's not why I enjoyed thisbook. This was a fun look at a bunch of goofy 6 graders and their life at school. I liked the way each chapter was written in a different characters voice. My favorite part of the story was when Harvey, the kid that refused to believe in Origami Yoda, made his own Yoda -- and what happened when the two Yoda's dueled to see which was better. Great end to the story!
- This book reminded me of the dances that I went to in middle school. Boys on one side of the room, girls on the other, and very rarely did anyone do any dancing!

One of my favorite parts is when Rufus asks his mom and if he can have a dog. I think it is funny how his mom gave him a guinea pig. I also like the part when Rufus's pet guinea pig, Fido, gets in Rufus's backpack and ends up going to school with him. It is funny how Fido chases Rufus around the play ground. I like this book because it is extremely funny. I can connect to Rufus because I have gotten something I had ended up liking too. But that was not a guinea pig who acted like a dog. I can connect to Murph because I have a lot of friends too. I can connect to Rufus because I have seen something with a mohawk too. But that thing was not a guinea pig.

my favorite part of this book is when the kids played the cheese touch. I also like the zoo-wee-mama comics. I like when gregs dad dumps water on greg and rawly.
I dont like this book because greg makes fun of everyone. the kids make fun of the teachers. there are a lot of mean kids in this book.
I connected weth this book because I like to make fun of people to.

and i can connect to this book because i know someone who is mentally challenged and still likes to have fun
